As a Senior Advisor in the City of Cleveland Mayor’s Office, Lucas Reeve works to develop and operationalize complex, interdepartmental and intergovernmental projects in pursuit of Mayor Bibb’s strategic vision. Much of that work focuses on neighborhood revitalization, municipal service modernization, and financial resiliency. He has worked to implement innovative revenue generation models to support downtown development,
the optimization of City processes, and contributed to the development of novel affordable housing solutions leveraging City land bank lots.
Lucas Reeve joined Mayor Bibb’s administration in January of 2025 after serving as the Executive Director for the Old Brooklyn Community Development Corporation. In his 5 years working to stabilize and catalyze investment in Cleveland’s largest neighborhood, Lucas led major multi-family real estate development projects, the scaling of home repair programs, and built a strategically focused community minded team. Prior to his
public service work, Lucas guided a real estate development and consulting organization based in San Diego. A proud Cleveland resident, Lucas Reeve grew up in Toronto, Canada.
