Kaley Pillinger

Kaley Pillinger is a JD/MBA candidate at Yale Law School and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Prior to graduate school, Kaley worked in affordable housing acquisitions and development at Fairstead, a national purpose-driven developer, where her role included closing a $600M+ transaction to bring comprehensive renovations to an 87-building, 3,400+-resident PACT/RAD portfolio in Brooklyn, New York. She began her career in real estate investing at Blackstone. Beyond housing investment and development, Kaley served as Get Out the Vote Director for Mark Levine’s successful campaign for Manhattan Borough President in 2021 – a campaign that emphasized housing affordability and the candidate’s policy instating a Right to Counsel for tenants facing evictions in New York City. Kaley holds a master’s degree in history and a bachelor’s in economics and history from Yale University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
