Drew Maggelet

Drew Maggelet is the Director of Strategy and Real Estate at FJ Management, guiding corporate strategy and real estate initiatives across FJ Management and its subsidiaries. His strategic portfolio includes energy, retail, real estate, government relations, and the company’s investment portfolio. Prior to joining FJ Management, Drew worked in senior and affordable housing development and served as an economist at Zions Bank, experience that grounds his work in a deep understanding of housing markets, regional policy, and economic fundamentals. He serves on several boards, including the Call to Action Foundation, the Call Foundation, the Utah Foundation, and the Salt Lake Tribune, and remains active in regional policy efforts. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Miami and lives in Salt Lake City with his wife, Monet, and their three children.
